Prices
All prices are displayed both excluding VAT and including VAT, however, total prices including VAT are displayed when executing orders.
Subject to price changes, discontinued goods and third-party delivery failures.
Currency conversion
All transactions are carried out in Danish kroner regardless of what currency conversion is used in the shop.
Conversion to other currencies shall be considered as estimates based on exchange rates provided by the Open Source Exchange Rates API. The exchange rates are updated hourly, converted prices may therefore vary from hour to hour.
Shipping and delivery
We use GLS for our shipments. Orders above DKK 3,200.00 excluding VAT are shipped without shipping cost in Denmark (with the exception of the Faroe Islands and Greenland).
Orders received before 12:00 am will normally be shipped on the same day. This will usually provide a delivery the following business day.
If the goods are damaged on receipt, notes must be made on receipt of consignment note, and notification must be made to both Chiroform and the carrier immediately otherwise the risk is transferred to the buyer.
For procured goods, the conditions are agreed individually.
Returns
Return of goods is only accepted by prior agreement and within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Return costs is payed the buyer himself. The right of return can only be used if the goods are in original packaging.
A specially manufactured product, including private label or procured goods, cannot be returned.
A completed return form with the returned item must be enclosed. At the same time, we ask that the buyer also fill in the return form electronically.

Backorders
If the ordered items are out of stock, these will be put in backorder for delivery as soon as possible. The buyer will be informed of this with the option to cancel the order instead of waiting for the delivery of the product.
Complaints
Upon receipt of damaged goods or incorrect goods, Chiroform should be contacted immediately for further information.

Warranty
All our products have a minimum warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase. If the item has additional warranty this will be listed at the website.
Products from the outlet are purchased as intended and with a 3 month warranty. Can only be returned by damage and by prior arrangement.

No account: Cash or prepayment.
With account: Net 8 days or by agreement.
