Speed Pulley is a very flexible training tool that provides many training opportunities within rehabilitation and general training.
It is excellent for rehabilitation as it has a low starting weight of 0.5 kg and a very low interval between the weights
The large exchange also allows it to be used for explosive training, where the weights do not "jump" unlike ordinary pulleys.
The pulley can be mounted directly on the modular frame or on the wall. Extremely
space-saving.
