If you are not able to get up on an exercise bike, then Chiroform has found a solution to this problem with "HappyLegs", which can be described as a walking simulator.

"HappyLegs" works by placing your feet on the foot plates in a sitting position. Then start with the remote control, and the foot plates start the movement. It can be adjusted at 3 speeds and can be adjusted in tilt via adjustable screws.

"Happy Legs" can be  used to prevent cardiovascular diseases, improving blood circulation, counteracting swelling in the ankles and legs, improving muscle oxygenation in the body, as well as reducing pain/strengthening muscles and joints. Ideal for users who are too weak to use an exercise bike.
